Mbalula addresses backlog in licensing online system

eNCA has exposed the shocking state of online registration for driver's licence renewals. It has found thousands of motorists across the country waiting in long lines for hours, only to be turned away in some instances. In Gauteng alone, there’s currently a backlog of 30,000 renewals due to the lockdown. The province’s Roads and Transport MEC reckons corruption is to blame.
