there are countless moments
when my mind and my soul
impoverished and acquisitive
searches for explanations
a boundless thirst for reason
it's like an intactable addiction
for profundity and sense
born exposed to life's deceit
my spirit revolts in confusion
ambigious and vague..
life has remained...
it pains me to realize
that i will never be satisfied
to pass this life benighted
baffled by the simplicity of my mind!
