Description
The trailer for the upcoming big screen adaptation of the popular video game "Max Payne" has appeared online, featuring Mark Wahlberg (The Departed) in lots of slow-mo action.
The film revolves around Payne (Wahlberg), a DEA agent whose family was slain as part of a conspiracy. In order to avenge their deaths, he must come together with a deadly assassin (Mila Kunis) who is also out to avenge the death of a family member, her sister. Chris O'Donnell (Batman & Robin) will play an executive for one of the big corporations that are allegedly involved in the conspiracy.
The film is being directed by John Moore, who previously brought us "The Omen," "Flight of the Phoenix" and "Behind Enemy Lines." "Max Payne" is scheduled to hit theaters on October 17th.
