Mattis' Sick Burn: Putin's A 'Slow Learner'

U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis publicly scorned Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday.
Mattis accused Putin of being a “slow learner” who again tried to meddle in the November midterm elections.
Mr. Putin tried again to muck around in our elections this last month. And we are seeing a continued effort along those lines. He is clearly a slow learner.
According to Reuters, Mattis also stated that he had no trust in the Russian leader.
