The clock hands turn
360 all around
As my mind burns away
At that sadistic sound

I'm sitting here to write
Something old but something new
But putting up with the fight
That comes straight out of you

It comes out every day
From the both of us it does
It feels we'll keep it up
Until we turn to dust

Due to wrongs unrightable
Held down upon my head
Dragging me further under
Until I'm finally dead

And released at breaking points
Forgiveness is a sin
Desertion and distraction
Cause these wars within
