Matar Paneer Pulao_

A one-pot flavourful rice recipe infused with aromatic spices and cottage cheese. An easy and effortless recipe to satiate your hunger. Serve it with some raita or salad for a satisfying luncheon.


Ingredients

1.Paneer cubes
3.Cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, black pepper,cumin seeds, dried red chilli,ginger, green chilli, tomato ( make paste)
4.Ghee
5.Turmeric powder
6. Coriander powder
7. Peas
8. Curd
9. Garam masala
10. Long grain rice
11. Coriander leaves

Method

1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add bay leaf, cumin seed and temper for a while
2. Add the paste.( Cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, black pepper,cumin seeds, dried red chilli,ginger, green chilli, tomato ) and let it cook.
3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and give it a mix.
4. Add the paneer cubes and peas. Cover the lid and let it boil for few minutes.
5. Add garam masala.
6.Add boiled rice and mix with the masala.
7. Let it steam for a while to allow soaking of the gravy.
8. Garnish it with chopped coriander.
