Massive blaze at chemical factory
Description
More than 120 firefighters have brought a huge blaze at a chemical works under control.
People living in parts of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, were warned to stay indoors and contact medical services if they felt unwell following the fire in the Linthwaite area of the town.
West Yorkshire Fire Service said more than 30 appliances from across the region were called to deal with the blaze at Grosvenor Chemicals early on Monday morning.
The fire was eventually contained in a storage section containing pesticides and glue-based products.
The cause of the blaze has not yet been established.
