Filipino and American soldiers rescue a victim, disarm a mock chemical shell and check for hazardous threats in a building during the CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) mass casualty training on Saturday, April 15, 2023. It is part of Balikatan (Shoulder-to-Shoulder) exercises held at Sangley Point Naval Base in Cavite City.
