Please fight no more, butterfly Rosie,
There are far greater plagues than death.
Our world is a canvas to artistic stains
That darkens our floor with mockery paths.

Please fight no more, Dear Rosie.
Let me kiss those angel pearls
That deck your warm pillow cheeks,
Shining and pink with invading grief.
I kiss and hold the wealth of you,
Against my company.
The story of your fears reflects
Against your tears. And your little
Shoulders shake and break
With waves of honesty.

Please fight no more, my dear sad Rose,
Rest your fisted hand into mine,
Do not combat the allied crowns
Of fate, and despair with 'why? '
Do not cry for the force of heaven
To pour its wisdom into you,
I fear your tiny measure
Will reject this mass and burden,
And will reject your innocence too.

However stained our earth may seem,
However ugly and unkind,
With whatever hues this Fate may paint
Our tastes. Please remember,
Our sky remains the same.
And there should rest
Your smiling memories
Cradled under easy blue
And soaring songs of life.
