Marshal Killed While Serving Arrest Warrant

authorities reported Thursday that A deputy marshal was shot and killed in Pennsylvania and at least two other officers were wounded while trying to serve an arrest warrant to a suspect, who was also injured. The three were part of a Marshal’s Service task force serving the warrant in Harrisburg early on Thursday. The identities of the slain marshal and the wounded suspect were not immediately disclosed, nor were the condition and identities of the wounded officers.
