For all the times you lied to me..I forgive you. For all the times you left me..I forgive you. For promise after promise that always got broke..I forgive you. For denying me over your outside children..I forgive you. For always making me feel less than I was..I forgive you. For abusing me and cursing me with your words until my emotional hurt became physical hurt..I forgive you. For always choosing your girlfriends and work over me..I forgive you. For always leaving me at home for days at a time with no food or money..I forgive you.
For making me who I am today..I Thankyou.
Thankyou for allowing me to see what a man isant supposed to be, my husband is the exact oppisite, and loves me for me. Thankyou for showing me how a father isant supposed to treat his child, because of that my son and daughter will never suffer, and as long as Im living I will make their life worth while. Thankyou for never believing in me.Everything you told me I wouldnt, I now strive to be. I frogive you because you made me who I am, a strong young black woman. I made it through high school without getting pregnant. Went to college and you didnt even show up for my nursing graduation. Im now married at 23 with two beautiful children. Through the emotional scrapes, cuts and bruises, I found the strenghth to forgive, and for that...I Thankyou.
