Description

Thoughts of raging revenge, before he escapes to his end,
Nearly half a century deserving of great pain,
The kind that cannot kill, continues lashing until
He confesses to Mary every bit of his shame.

With no safe place to hide, no one worthy to confide,
Family betrayal made my princess turn on trust,
Cancer crept in and found, to hell‘s fury they’re bound,
The remaining in purgatory, deserving of dust.

And one above all, still believes he’s stands tall,
Tries to shrug off all the devil’s work he did,
He is the sole reason why, the child still hides inside,
My beautiful Mary won’t let go of her kid.

On the darkest of days, made believe in various ways,
Her imagination lifted her to wondrous hope,
The memories are fresh, open wounds under her flesh,
He still challenges my Mary’s willingness to cope.

I was barely just born, your innocent heart being torn,
Forever longing for a chance to jump in,
Age of four was quite young, would have fired my toy gun
At his hideous face over and over again.

I have one more thought, tough toddler who was taught
To respectfully love the fatherly demon,
The abuse you endured, that little girl on the floor,
Hate him just a moment, then your war is won.

Give her a hug, say goodbye, little darling run outside,
Allow her the love of the mother you are today,
My wife’s sparkling blue eyes, the child once more cries
Happy tears while our future and pasts play.
