Four Pillars stood
of solid stone
Upon those rocks
I built my home

Four Pillars stood
through war and strife
but Sickness came
and shattered Life

Three Pillars strong
towered above
'till Summer Winds
eroded Love

The house still held
after a fashion
then Apathy
demolished Passion

Four Constants stood
at break of day
yet now at dusk
but one remains

Three anchors crushed
into the dust
on Friendship then
I place all trust
