Marissa Hollis - Heartless

While some girls are daydreaming
of there amazing futures
and their dream boys,
I am daydreaming of my heart
being ripped to shreads.

I love him but why am I always getting hurt?
He swears I have
nothing
to worry about.
I guess the saying,
'love stinks'
is right on the money.

Each word that comes out of his mouth,
is taken in another way by me.
I hurt so bad.
Why do I put myself thought it?

At the moment he is with her.
All I can think about is
the chance he is telling her
everything I text,
and they are
laughing.

His hand is now clutching my heart.

That after the movie,
they decide to hang out some more.
alone.
So they make their ways
to the car
and speed away.

His hand is putting tons of pressure on my heart.

The rest stays in my mind,
locked away forever.
Where all of my secret thoughts are hidden.

While i'm deep into thought he takes my heart and rips it out.

it's gone.

forever.

He takes it along as
he and she leave for good.
To spend a happy life
together.
While i'm left heartless.
