Marisela Cano - ''True face''

I smile, I laugh, I act dumb to make people around me satisfied.
I smile to hide my sadness,
I laugh to hide my tears,
I act dumb to hide my wariness.
But when the sun falls and I’ am covered in my blankets.
I cover my face and begin to cry letting everything out Feeling alone and empty inside.
But by morning when I am surrounded by loved ones I put on my mask.
If you would really know me you would know that inside I am crying and yelling for help,
help that no one can give me....
