He takes a giant paintbrush
And swipes across the sky
The beauty of those colors
Are captive to the eye.

The sunsets are His splendor
To amaze us every night
The sunrises are priceless as
He starts our day off right.

So enjoy God’s heavenly treasures
They’re for all of us to share
He chooses them oh, so carefully
To show us that he cares.
