Margo Reid - Me! Not Real

If the whole world knows the real me
What kind of young lady would I be?
I am not all good as the way someone else persuade me
I am whack out as I can be

I try to fit myself into someone else’s shoes
But when the hardest hit comes, I seems to loose
Sometimes I never seem to understand
When I took money out of a man hand

I know there’s something; He’s looking for in return
And some where down the line I seem to get burn
Somehow I’ll be causing my mamma pain
So I try not to do it again

It’s sort of hard for me right now
And I look for a way to make money somehow
I graduated high School
But now I’m in college and I have to break some rules

I know money don’t come easy
And I find a way that works for me
I try in a good way to earn it
But I’m going through so many shyt

If the whole world looks down on the real me
I’m not as happy as I want to be
I’m graceful for what I have now, but I want something more
Here I am opportunities, My feet are out the door.
