Margaret Beil - What Am I?

I feel the motion of the sea
Pulling me where I long to be
It does not matter the time of year
Of Mother Nature I have no fear
Completely enveloped in this space
Drifting in most wondrous grace
The city's power has no face
I play with dolphins we have a race
Down to the very depths we go
I sit down on the corals low
And marvel at the currents flow
Look how it moves my mane so slow
I am a mermaid
