Mapisa-Nqakula says SANDF will act

Defence Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula says her department will implement the recommendations of the military ombudsman report, which investigated the death of Collins Khosa. The report found that defence force members who entered his residence contravened their code of conduct. Khosa died in April allegedly after an altercation with soldiers. Mapisa-Nqakula also says she was misled about the initial inquiry into Collins Khosa death. That inquiry found no wrongdoing on the part of the soldiers.
