Dozens of jeepney drivers and supporters of the transport group MANIBELA protest outside the office of the Land Transportation and Franchising Board (LTFRB) on Monday, Jan. 13, to call on Secretary Guadiz to hear their concerns regarding the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP), specifically the proposed 5-year franchise renewal for Public Utility Jeepneys, instead of the current one-year renewal.
