what exactly is love?
i hear it spoken every day
ive never felt it
not the one im thinkin of

some people say i love you
yet the next day they tell them they hate them
why do people change their mind so?

is love when you think of a person for days
or is it when you just cant stop thinking of them?

is love when all you can do
is hope that that person is real?

how can love exist with all this controversy
yet thribe only, in two individuals?

how do you forget a person youve 'loved'
when theyre their constantly reminding you of the pain...

do we ever really love
or do we simply say it
and go from there...
