Here's a step-by-step guide:
1. Select Your Workspace: Begin by choosing the right workspace for your project.
2. Navigate to Projects: Head to the project section and open your desired project.
3. Manage Workload: Click on "Workload" to view and adjust the weekly capacity of each team member.
4. Inviting Collaborators: Click the three dots and select "Invite Member" to add new collaborators.
5. Setting Weekly Capacity: Adjust each member’s weekly capacity. For example, set Julia’s capacity to 30 hours. Apply these settings to all members if needed.
6. Workload Overview: Each box represents daily workload. Green boxes show assigned tasks, while red indicates exceeding capacity.
7. Task Allocation: If a member’s workload exceeds capacity (e.g., Michael’s 8-hour days vs. 6-hour availability), you can divide tasks between members or extend deadlines.
8. Assign tasks to other collaborators like Julia or Natalie to balance the workload
9. Managing Tasks: Use the right-side options to view unscheduled tasks, tasks without estimated times, and unassigned tasks.
Switch between weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly views to get a comprehensive overview.
