IRS scammers have been targeting people in the US and this man has had enough.

Brandon Cox decided to take matters into his own hands in this hilarious video. He called back the scammer and beat him at his own game. Brandon wanted to waste as much of the scammer’s time as possible and lead him to believe that he would pay the penalty amount!
