Man tries curling, splits trousers

A funny video has emerged from Sweden of man splitting his trousers when he tries curling for the first time.

In the video, the man attempts to slide on the ice in a crouch position to release the stone but there is a loud ripping noise as his trousers tear.

He takes it in good humour an laughs almost as much as his friends do when they realise what's happened.

Curling is a sport in which players slide stones on a sheet of ice towards a target area which is segmented into four concentric circles.

Curling was invented in medieval Scotland.
