Man survives fall in QC tunnel

MANILA – A man was injured after falling off a beam on top of the Araneta-Quezon Avenue Tunnel before dawn on Monday. The victim, identified as Matthew David, sustained fractures after he fell off the beam some 20 feet above the road. Witnesses said David seemed drunk when he was seen crossing the tunnel. Meanwhile, in San Juan City, a man identified as Tong Tong Delos Reyes died of alleged heart attack after a drinking session. – report from Carolyn Bonquin, ABS-CBN News
