Man Shot in Wheelchair

Wheelchair bound Jeremy McDole was shot ten times by police while in it. He was already paralyzed by gunfire 10 years ago. Police Chief Bobby Cummings said officers were responding to a man who had shot himself when they found McDole "still armed with a handgun" in the street around 3 p.m.
