Man Removed From Delta Flight for Using the Restroom
1 Views • Apr 27, 2017
Description
A man was ejected from a Delta flight on April 18 after using the restroom while the plane was taxiing to take off from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, forcing everyone aboard to get off the aircraft.
An interview</a> with the man, identified as Kima Hamilton of Milwaukee, and a blog post</a> by the woman who shot these videos, said Hamilton needed to use the restroom urgently but received instructions from flight attendants to remain in his seat. Soon, he couldn’t wait any longer.
Delta employees said Hamilton’s actions caused the plane to lose its place in line for takeoff, and that Hamilton would have to be removed from the flight and placed on a later one. Hamilton refused to deplane, citing an event he needed to attend in Milwaukee the next day. Hamilton was escorted off the plane and met at the gate by two FBI agents, according to the interview.
