Il NYPD invia una psicologa della polizia (Elizabeth Banks) a parlare con lui. La sceneggiatura di Man On a Ledge è stata scritta da Ericj e Jon Hoeber (Red). Si tratta dell'opera prima del documentarista Asger Leth.
