Many of us struggle with a single push-up, but one man has taken the push-up to a whole other level by inventing the flying push-up. Known as the ‘Iron Monkey’ for acrobatic skills combined with his strength and power, 27-year-old Ahmed Valentino decided to attempt a flying push-up from a height of height of 1.36m while at his local gym in Lillestrøm, Norway.
