: "Filmed at the Wharf in Miami, Florida on 11/28. I spotted a man who disregarded the closing bridge gate, proceeded to walk up the bridge, even as it started to raise. He then held on tightly, and proceeded to continue walking once the bridge started to close, as though nothing had happened."
