Man arrested over train surfing
Description
A 23-year-old man has been arrested by transit guards after he was filmed clinging to the back windscreen of a train which was moving 110kmph in Perth, Australia. It was reported that he allegedly boarded the train at Leederville and stayed on until Glendalough Station.
