Mama Owl is a TikToker and teacher best known for her skits in which she acts out dramatic situations that often involve student trauma, playing all the roles herself. The stories are often submitted to her by fans. Mama Owl began posting in December 2021 and gained over 2.3 million followers over the next three years. In 2024, Mama Owl became the subject of trolling, criticism and memes for her content, including a skit from around August 2023 in which she acts out the assault of a trans student.
