Malaria outbreak hits Uganda

Description
Uganda is facing an outbreak of malaria in the north. Dozens of people have lost their lives to the pervasive virus. Also, tensions and uncertainties in Burundi remain as negotiations in the capital continue. And we take a look at the remnants of the cultural centre in Niger's second city. The building was torched in anti-French riots back in January.
