Coming from Mandaluyong City in Manila and educated at Jose Rizal University, Luis Vecina has been working as a professional freelance makeup artist since 2012. Her work has included photo shoots, pageantry makeup and she currently specialises as a wedding makeup artist in Manila. She also works on TV commercials and her skills have featured in bridal magazines across The Philippines.

She trained with Romero Jennings, the International Director of MAC makeup artistry and also Gregory Airt. She also works as a featured guest artist with MAC Cosmetics in Manila. With an eye for detail and a passion for beautiful design, she works hard to develop her style and perfect her craft of Bridal Makeup Philippines.
