• One 7 and two 6 round cakes - made using our white chocolate mud cake recipe (see link below)\r
• 500g (1lb 1oz) white chocolate ganache (see link below)\r
• 1.4kg (3lb 2oz) modelling chocolate (one batch - see recipe link below) mostly Americolor Super Red, but a small amount tinted gray and black using Americolor Super Black\r

• 10” square cake board - covered in black and white fondant\r
