Major Step Forward in Colombia Peace Process Expected for Today

The Colombian government and the FARC are expected to sign an agreement today on justice and compensation for victims of the country's civil war. These issues have been major hurdles in reaching a final settlement and if an agreement is reached it will represent a major and historic step forward for the peace process.
