'Maintaining careers for artists is a big problem'

"Over the next five years our struggle potentially is being able to maintain careers for artists. I think we have a culture now which is very disposable, where people are interested in a track but not so interested in an artist just as an artist, maybe as a celebrity", says Emma Banks from Creative Artists Agency UK (CAA).
