Film retraçant l'historique du projet de coopération décentralisée entre les villes de Saint-Jean-de-Monts et Antanetibe-Mahazaza à Madagascar. En avril 2010, une délégation montoise s'est rendue sur place pour assister à l'inauguration de la cantine scolaire du collège de Mahazaza. 9 membres de l'association Dona Kely ont également participé à un projet d'échange interculturel.
