Magic circle series 2 Video 1

American Fitness Network has Lauren's second series of magic circle videos starting with this video. This series will have 4 videos all of which should intrigue you to dust off the exercise equipment and grab that circle. More machines will be used for pilates videos here on AFN which may require a visit to the local pilates studio. Following the videos here will prepare you beforehand. Stay tuned!
