Le Magic Cigarettes provengono da Rovereto e hanno iniziato a suonare nel 2014 dalle ceneri di Meteopathics e Crop Circles. Hanno all’attivo due full-lenght, qualche visual e video clip e poco meno di un centinaio di concerti tra Italia, Svizzera e Francia. Il nome deriva da una proposta editoriale della scrittrice mondana Carrie Bradshaw del 1998, mai ufficialmente data alle stampe: “Little Cathy and Her Magic Cigarettes”, che narra di una bambina alle prese con i poteri telecinetici di un pacchetto di sigarette.
