Ingredients:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 200 ml oil
- 100 ml cream
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- lemon extract (can be replaced with zest of 1 lemon or vanilla)
