Madhya Pradesh: Lady Singham!

The Lady IAS officer who made a Panchayat secretary in the Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh do sit-ups as punishment. Neither was inspecting the toilets in the village. The Panchayat secretary had photoshopped basins and taps outside the toilets and claimed the bill.
