Maddow Tops Hannity for Average Viewers

Although the Fox News Channel continues to hold an edge over their rival MSNBC, the scales are tipping.
According to recently released Nielsen ratings, Rachel Maddow is on top of evening cable news, pushing Sean Hannity down to number 2.
Although Maddow and Hannity are in a tight running for the top cable news show, her show averages 678,000 viewers between 25 and 54, compared to his show's average 660,000 viewers.
But Hannity is still on top of total viewers, with 3.27 million, compared to Maddow's 3 million viewers.
