MACC nabs CEO over false documents
Description
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) arrested a 45-year-old chief executive officer of a Perak government-owned subsidiary for allegedly submitting false documents to the Perak state secretary for approval.
The Ipoh Magistrate’s court on Saturday (Nov 28) issued a a two-day remand order for investigation under Section 18 of the MACC Act 2009.
