Searching
for a light

I gave up
Lost
Scared
Alone

Crying
for myself
Crying
for you

Why are you so sad?
came a voice
on the breeze

Looking
I see
my faeries
playthings
of my imagination
gathering
around me

I lost my love
I cry to them
Teardrops
like icicles

Surrounding me
they sing
a haunting lament

I'm still lost
confused
but no longer alone

My dreams
are trying
to comfort me
in my loss
of you
