LYNN HURST - Towers 911

September 11th, the world stood still.
All eyes were on the most tragic kill.
For reasons to wonder, we will never really know.
How could someone order such a horrifying show?
The towers stood together, side by side.
They looked like the number eleven.
That day was picked, sending over 2000 to heaven.
Two Towers, that fell.
Two eyes, that cry.
Two parents, leaving one.
Two countries, at war.
Alone were the people that died that day.
Alone are the people, left here to pray.
