Lunchtime Back Flop off Pier

Info from Licensor: "My family was having lunch on the pier in Port San Luis, overlooking the water when three men sat down next to us. I overheard two of them betting the third $300 to do a backflip off of the pier, so I got my phone out to record in case he actually took them up on the bet. It is a misdemeanor to jump off the pier, which he knew apparently, so he was pretty quick about it, so he wouldn't get stopped. He then proceeded to have the most epic back flop in history. Harbor Patrol came over right after and gave him a stern warning. His buddies paid up the $300 even though he didn't actually flip!"
