A rare lunar eclipse will take place tonight after 149 years. The lunar phenomenon is called Half-Blood Thunder Moon. The Moon should be about half-covered by the Earth's umbral shadow at maximum eclipse. This will be the last umbral lunar eclipse until May 2021.
