How come the persons we love never love us back
and the ones who love us always lose our track
It makes you wonder how this world functions
and you keep searching for any other options
When you fall in love and get a broken heart in the end
All you'll blame is your heart and why he couldn't stand
But when you fall with your mind you manage to handle
the shock at that moment, when you melt like a candle
When love blinds your eyes, you only see what's pretty
when you use your mind you'll come out with a pitty
Running after that person, you realise it's becoming an addiction
by using your brain you know it's nothing more than fiction
Falling deeply in love, you won't know you're being taken a hostage
it's in the end of the journey that the results refer to you as a piece of garbage
Don't feel so angry if your heart has redden your face
coz the mind too has his part in this case
Imagine if you control your feelings with your brain only
you'll end up in the streets lost and lonely
coz you'll miss all the fun, the hot moments of the story
what this trip is all about, from a tiny attraction to the most legendary
When you feel that all the laws of nature are on your side
a thought like that makes the brain scream out loud
When you believe that impossible is nothing infront of this love
and you want te reach the sky by flying like a dove
The mind will ask you to wake up from this fantasy
The heart will push you to go on beyond this galaxy
So in the end it's up to you to choose
in who's line you should be and which item you need to lose
Is it heart or mind the one that will bring you glory
Or are they both necessary to finish this story?
