Lululemon Faces Probe
Description
The Texas attorney general is investigating Lululemon over alleged PFAS use in its apparel. Lululemon said it phased out PFAS in January 2024 and is cooperating with the probe. Regulators will review its restricted substances list, testing protocols, and supply chain practices. The investigation adds to recent challenges including declining U.S. sales and a 38% drop in shares over the past year.
